Re-pins both OUR_REPO_REF sites (init + build) from cv2/idle-refresh-capturer to main. main ⊇ idle-refresh-capturer (8 ahead, 0 behind) and adds capture-rearm fix b3359fb. Build script byte-identical; provenance gate preserved. Durable follow-up to the one-off kubectl override used to dispatch the current cr7727 build.

capture-rearm fix b3359fb (FrameSink self-heal across cross-doc nav RVH swap
— the cold-boot frozen-video root cause). Build script byte-identical between
refs; provenance gate preserved. Both OUR_REPO_REF sites (init + build) updated
in lockstep per the 2026-05-17 mismatch guard.
