Fixes the live generation retry loop where git worktree remove successfully deleted a stale candidate directory and remove_dir_all then converted ENOENT into an infrastructure failure. Includes a real-Git regression fixture. Exact ci-gate passed build, 634 workspace tests, fmt, clippy, integration build/test/clippy at 532d343.
