Publishes the redacted RC13 distribution and live-canary record: exact artifact lineage, fresh-pod persistence, enforce-mode auth, real non-streaming and streaming provider calls, sticky routing, audit redaction, and branded browser UAT. The document keeps restore, soak/load, rollback, penetration test, support/SLO, residential vendor qualification, and HA gates explicitly open.
